Overview

The SUNKKO 737G is a dual-pulse, transformer-type battery spot welder designed for building lithium packs (e.g., 18650/14500) with clean, repeatable welds. A fixed welding head with built-in LED illumination makes positioning easy, while dual digital readouts let you set and monitor pulse count and welding current precisely. The machine supports single- or double-pulse operation to tune heat input across different nickel strips and cell tabs, and includes a foot pedal for comfortable, consistent production work. It’s suitable for welding nickel-plated steel (0.05–0.20 mm) and pure nickel (0.05–0.15 mm)—ideal for hobby, repair, and small-batch pack assembly.

Usage & Safety Notes

• Allow ~3 seconds between welds to protect internal components.

• Do not use with external voltage transformers; use the correct voltage model.

• 110 V version typically requires a >40 A circuit breaker to avoid nuisance trips.

  • Not suitable for copper or aluminum tabs. Use nickel or nickel-plated steel only.
